From the dawn of humanity, time has been defined and re-defined. Day to Night is a simple and fun adaptive exploration of creative audio design controlled by a single parameter. In this case, the parameter is time. 24 hours of time to be precise, just like real life. Have fun while you and your students create music and ambient backgrounds that transition the player smoothly from morning, to afternoon to the dead of night and back again.
In this game lesson, you and your students will start in FMOD and then quickly move to Unity 3d where you will learn to implement and integrate FMOD projects. Gain a deeper understanding of how game parameters can drive all sorts of sound effects and music in a game!
NOTE: This project has been updated to the new version 2.0 Unity FMOD integration, and is not compatible with versions older than FMOD Studio 1.08.
